Order Confirmation

Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at info@striketide.co.za.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time

After processing, orders are shipped via Aramex Store-to-Door.

Estimated delivery time: 3–11 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email containing your tracking number and courier information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be re-shipped due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Out of Stock Items

In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A full refund
