Shipping policy
How We Ship All Pawbuddy orders are shipped via Aramex using their Store-to-Door delivery service. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process and dispatch your order within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery: 8–11 business days from date of dispatch
- Delivery times apply to orders within South Africa
- Remote or outlying areas may experience slightly longer delivery times
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Aramex tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the Aramex website at www.aramex.co.za.
Aramex Store-to-Door Service Our Store-to-Door service means your parcel will be delivered directly to your door by Aramex. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, or that a safe drop-off location is arranged. Aramex will contact you to coordinate delivery.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over R500
- A flat shipping fee applies to orders under R500 (calculated at checkout)
Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control Pawbuddy will always do our best to ensure timely delivery. However, we are not liable for delivery delays caused by:
- Aramex or third-party courier delays
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
- Public holidays, strikes, or natural disasters
- High volume periods such as Black Friday or festive seasons
Please note: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, this limitation applies only to delays caused by factors genuinely outside of Pawbuddy's control. We remain responsible for ensuring your order is dispatched timeously on our end.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. Pawbuddy cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or undelivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your parcel arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by Aramex, please contact us at paw@pawbuddy.co.za within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with Aramex and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
